Beth Palmer is currently the Director of Government Relations at Mitacs, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as Principal at Earnscliffe Strategies and as Director of Government Relations at the University of Waterloo from 2018 to 2022. Their experience also includes roles as a Policy Analyst with U15, Manager of Public Affairs at McMaster University, and Legislative Assistant for the MP for Kingston and the Islands.
