Katherine Martineau

Director, Client Success & Client Experience at Mitacs

Katherine Martineau has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katherine currently holds the position of Director of Client Success & Client Experience at Mitacs, where they are responsible for designing and leading the function of client success to enhance communication and provide optimal experience to clients.

Prior to their role at Mitacs, Katherine worked at DART Aerospace as the Head of Customer Experience & Digital. Katherine was also a member of the Senior Leadership Team during their time there. Katherine previously served as the Marketing and Communications Manager and Marketing Content Specialist at the same company.

Before joining DART Aerospace, Katherine was the Managing Director at Association du marketing relationnel (AMR), where they successfully restored the organization through rebranding and revenue growth. Katherine also created an educational and networking community for marketing agencies in Montreal.

Katherine's earlier experiences include working as a Special Accounts Manager at Hamelin Martineau Marketing Inc, an Events and Public Relations Coordinator at BICOM Communications, and serving as the VP of Corporate Relations/External Affairs at the Commerce & Administration Students' Association (CASA).

Additionally, Katherine has experience as an International Rider at Equine Canada.

Katherine Martineau completed an Executive Development Course, mini-MBA, at McGill University's Desautels Faculty of Management in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Concordia University's John Molson School of Business between 2012 and 2016. Additionally, Katherine holds certifications in "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Signature Edition 4.0" from the American Management Association, expected to be obtained in 2023, and "ICAgile Certified Professional - Agility in Marketing" from ICAgile, expected to be obtained in 2022.
