Mitani Sekisan Co. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of construction materials. The Company operates in three business segments. The Secondary Concrete Products-related segment is engaged in the provision of concrete piles, concrete poles, concrete blocks, gravels and construction-related materials, the operation of piling works and civil engineering works, as well as the leasing of frameworks for wave dissipating concrete blocks and geographical research services. The Information-related segment is engaged in the building of information systems, as well as the sale of hardware and software. The Others segment is involved in the technology provision business, the leisure business, the leasing of real estate and environment sanitation business. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 20 consolidated subsidiaries.
