John Speropulos

John Speropulos, CCIM, SIOR, is a seasoned commercial real estate advisor with extensive experience in leadership roles. Since May 1999, John has served as President and Development Partner at Mitch Cox Realtor, Inc. Prior to this, John held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Medical Management Services from June 1997 to May 1999, and worked as a Financial Consultant at Capital Planning Associates between January 1991 and June 1997. John began a career in development at Ed Street Development Company as Development Manager from October 1987 to December 1990. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting (1986) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance - Real Estate (1993) from East Tennessee State University.
