Mark Cox

Mark Cox has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Mark is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at MIND Technology, Inc. since August 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of VP Finance & Accounting and Chief Accounting Officer at the same company from February 2017 to March 2022.

Before joining MIND Technology, Inc., Mark worked at Key Energy Services as the VP & Controller from March 2012 to October 2016. During their tenure, they managed various financial functions, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, internal financial reporting, SEC reporting, and tax, with a team of 60 professionals.

Mark also has experience with BJ Services Company, where they served as the Middle East Region Controller from January 2002 to July 2008 and as the Tax Director from August 1990 to December 2001. Mark began their career at Arthur Andersen as a Tax Senior from June 1986 to August 1990.
