Christian Roy, P.Eng., MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Coach at McDonald's Corporation before moving on to Vic Couleur as Épreuves from 2000 to 2004. Christian then joined Air Liquide Canada as a Logistic Agent in 2004 and later worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Peerless Clothing Inc. from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2019, Christian held various managerial roles at K+S Windsor Salt Ltd. / K+S Sel Windsor Ltée, including Manager of Industrial Engineering and Manager of Operations Technical Support. In 2017, they joined Morton Salt as the Director of Operations Technical Support and in 2019, they became the Senior Director of Operations at Sollio Agriculture. Currently, Christian is serving as the President of Entreprise couvoir Côté s.e.c., a Sollio and COOP partners company. Additionally, they will be taking on the role of Vice President of Operations at Emballages Mitchel-Lincoln Packaging starting in July 2023.

Christian Roy, P.Eng., MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on executive management from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained their Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal between 2000 and 2004. The details about their time at CEGEP Maisonneuve and Collège Sainte-Anne are unknown.
