Student Attorney- Legal Assistance To Minnesota Prisoners (lamp) Clinic at MITCHELL HAMLINE SCHOOL OF LAW

Abby Boyer is a current law student at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, serving as a Student Attorney in the Legal Assistance to Minnesota Prisoners (LAMP) Clinic since August 2021. Abby's legal experience includes clerking for the Ramsey County Attorney's Office in the Victim, Witness and Postconviction Justice Unit and holding a law clerk position at Hennepin County. Prior experience includes a role as a Victim Advocate at Pima County Attorney's Office and as a Pro Bono Coordinator at the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota. Abby has also contributed to educational initiatives as an On Campus Recruiter and Marketing Coordinator for Teach For America. Abby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language and Literature from St. Olaf College and has studied abroad in Argentina and South Africa. Additionally, Abby has experience as a Camp Counselor at Red Pine Camp, where various swimming and canoeing skills were taught to campers.
