Erica G. Strohl serves as the Director of Externships and Director of Competitions at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, overseeing the externship program and a competition program of 13 mock trial and moot court teams. Additionally, Erica holds roles as a Legal Writing Instructor, Adjunct Coordinator of the Lawyering Program, and Adjunct Professor of Law, teaching legal writing and analysis to first-year law students. Prior to this, Erica founded and chaired Agamim Classical Academy, a tuition-free public charter school in Edina, MN, and practiced as an attorney at Meagher Geer, specializing in various areas of litigation. Erica's legal career began as a law clerk for judges in the Minnesota Court of Appeals and the State of Minnesota. Erica earned a J.D. cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. cum laude in History and Women's Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
