Lynette Fraction

Lynette Fraction has extensive experience in administrative and executive support roles, primarily at Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where Lynette currently serves as Executive Assistant to the President and Dean since September 2019, and previously held the same position from January 2011 to December 2017. Prior to this, Lynette was the Health Equity D & I Coordinator at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota from December 2017 to September 2019 and served as Office Manager/Executive Assistant to the Pastor at Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church from September 2004 to February 2010. Lynette also worked as an Executive Assistant at Pedersen Gesk from 1999 to 2000. Lynette is an alumnus of Carleton College.
