James Roberts

James Roberts has extensive experience in project management and financial systems implementation, currently serving as the Financial Management System Project Manager at Mitchell Humphrey since July 2013. Prior to this role, James worked for the Commonwealth of Virginia for over 41 years, including as Chief Information Officer for the Department of Rehabilitative Services and the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services. James began the career in the Commonwealth of Kentucky as a Budget Analyst. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Adult and Continuing Education Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Western Kentucky University.
