Jojo Hipolito has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jojo started their career at Bayan Telecommunications, where they worked as an Engineer, providing support for Direct Connect Line corporate clients. Jojo later became a Network Engineer, designing Leased Line networks for corporate clients. Progressing in their career, they became a Senior Network Engineer, leading critical client project teams and providing on-site technical support to protect existing and booked revenues from churn.

Moving on, Hipolito joined Callworkz.com, Inc as an IT Manager. In this role, they played a key role in ensuring that call center software met client needs and metrics. Jojo then joined HB&A Research International as an IT and Tabulation Manager, where they ensured data was processed and presented within specified timetables and maintained stable operation of in-house computers and network.

The company specializes in the recruitment of Information Technology professionals and provides staff augmentation, solutions, permanent placement, and payroll services to a wide range of clients.

Jojo Hipolito holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which was obtained from De La Salle University. The MBA program was completed in the year 2008. Prior to this, Jojo had also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the same institution, which was finished in 1995.
