At Mitchell & Mueller Consulting, we’re here to add meaningful capacity and expertise to non profit organizations across the country. We’re competent, efficient, and effective problem solvers ready to have an impact.

As long-time talent consultants leading executive search and talent development projects in the social impact space, we’re sensitive to the number of consultancies, organizations, and corporations that do similar work. Honestly, we love that! We’re their colleagues and champions! We decided to open our consulting practice because the need is still outpacing the demand- especially for subcontracting, shorter term projects, and immediate search management. With few barriers to entry, a flexible cost model, and a broad set of skills, M&M is ready take on projects quickly and move them towards completion.

Over our 10+ years in the space, we’ve come to deeply value the nimble and responsive nature consultants provide, and look forward to serving in that capacity for you. Whether you’re a small team that doesn’t have the time to lead a search, a team that could use some expertise and brushing up on talent best practices, or a search firm that needs temporary capacity, we are here to lean in where you need us.
