Joy Smith is a seasoned product developer with extensive experience in the apparel and accessory industries. Currently serving as a Senior Lead Product Developer and previously as a Senior Product Developer at Mitchell & Ness Nostalgia Co. since March 2019, Joy specializes in headwear. Prior roles include Product Developer for Eagle Creek, a VF Company, focusing on travel bags and accessories, and Product Developer at ourCaste, overseeing various men’s and boys’ garments. Joy's experience also encompasses roles at major brands such as Nike, DC Shoes, and Element Skateboards, with responsibilities in product management and production across diverse apparel categories. Joy holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Fashion Certificate in Fashion Merchandising/Product Development from Orange Coast College.
