Irina Constantin

Irina Constantin is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP since March 2019, Irina has previously held the position of VP, Chief Labor & Employment Counsel at CHA Health Systems, Inc. From November 2011 to February 2018, Irina was a Labor & Employment Associate at Proskauer Rose LLP and prior to that, at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP. Irina began their legal career as a Law Clerk for the Superior Court of New Jersey and has a background in product management and development from UBS. Irina holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics, magna cum laude, from Queens College.
