Kristina Richardson

Kristina Richardson is a Senior Staff Accountant at Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP, with extensive experience in accounting and finance since joining the firm in June 2005. In the current role, Kristina is responsible for calculating Of Counsel compensation, performing monthly credit card reconciliations, and preparing compensation analysis reports for the COO and Executive Committee. Previous positions include Staff Accountant and Accounts Payable Coordinator, where Kristina developed skills in invoice processing, general ledger reconciliation, and accounts payable/receivable management. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies from UCLA and has played a pivotal role in ERP implementations and internal process improvements.
