Stephen Baloga

Stephen Baloga is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in both private consultancy and as a partner in major accounting firms. Since February 2017, Stephen has been a Senior Professional Services Consultant while also serving as a Partner at Mitchell & Titus, LLP since July 2011, focusing on state and local government agencies, non-profit organizations, and employee benefit plans. Prior to these roles, Stephen accumulated over 30 years of experience at EY, where Stephen served as a Partner, and held positions at Touche Ross, Price Waterhouse, and Ritter, Haayen & Keller, PA Department of the Auditor General. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University between 1969 and 1973.
