Ross Whiteley has extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Ross began their career at UPS in 1997, where they worked as a Package Car Driver for eight years. In 2005, they joined Lithia Chrysler Dodge as a Service Consultant before moving to Cascade Auto Center in 2007 as an Assistant Service Manager. In 2010, Ross joined Mitchell1, where they held various roles including Product Content Support and Content Support Supervisor. From 2016 onwards, they served as the Manager of Client Services at the same company. Most recently, in 2022, Ross started working at Snap-on as a Product Manager for Sun Collision.
Ross Whiteley pursued their education at Purdue University. From 2009 to 2011, they obtained an AA degree in Business Management from the Purdue University College of Education. Following this, they attended the same college from 2011 to 2012 and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Operations. Later, they joined Purdue University - The Graduate School and enrolled in their Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, specializing in Project Management, from 2013 to 2015.
In addition to their educational background, Ross Whiteley enhanced their skills and qualifications by obtaining a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the Scrum Alliance in May 2022.
