Andrew Freeman

Andrew Freeman currently serves as the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Mitchells & Butlers PLC since 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Vice President, General Counsel UK at PPHE Hotel Group from 2018 to 2022. Andrew's legal career includes experience as a Principal Associate at Eversheds Sutherland from 2015 to 2018 and as a Senior Associate at CMS UK from 2007 to 2015. Andrew began the legal profession as a Trainee Solicitor at Gateley from 2005 to 2007. Academically, Andrew earned a Master of Laws (LLM) at the University of Glasgow, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Strathclyde, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA - Honours) in Business Law & Marketing at the University of Stirling.
