Gareth Mathias

Gareth Mathias is an experienced General Manager with a robust background in the hospitality industry, currently serving at Mitchells & Butlers PLC since March 2018. Prior to this role, Gareth held General Manager positions at both Casual Dining Group and a previous tenure at Mitchells & Butlers PLC, demonstrating a strong track record of leadership in varied dining environments. Additional experience includes managerial roles at Marston's PLC and Chiquito Restaurant, Bar and Mexican Grill, as well as earlier management positions at Le Pain Quotidien and Chiquito TRG. Gareth's foundational education was completed at St. Teilo's CW High School from 1996 to 2003.
