George Kitchen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. George started their career as a Finance Graduate at Mitchells & Butlers PLC in 2012 and worked their way up to become the Head of Finance for various divisions within the company. George led finance teams, provided financial analysis and reporting, and managed multi-million-pound projects. George also served as the Acting Head of Investor Relations for a period of time. Prior to their time at Mitchells & Butlers PLC, George had a placement year as an Audit Associate at PwC. George also founded and served as the President of Aston Entrepreneurs. George holds a First Class Honours degree in Management and Strategy from Aston University.

George Kitchen earned a Certificate in Investor Relations (CIR) from the Investor Relations Society in 2022. Prior to that, they attended BPP Birmingham from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained the designation of Chartered Global Management Accountant (ACMA, CGMA) from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. George completed their undergraduate studies at Aston University from 2008 to 2012, graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Management and Strategy. George also attended The King's School, Worcester from 2000 to 2007.
