Jay Rossie

Jay Rossie has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Mitchells & Butlers PLC since January 2014. Previously, Jay held the role of General Manager at The Restaurant Group plc from January 2011 to January 2014 and at JD Wetherspoon from August 2004 to November 2011. Educationally, Jay completed studies at the University of Portsmouth from 2000 to 2003, attended Havant College from 1994 to 1996, and graduated from Horndean Community School between 1990 and 1994.
