Rebecca Bolton

Rebecca Bolton is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive management experience across various organizations. Currently serving as General Manager at Mitchells & Butlers PLC since October 2021, Rebecca oversees a pub and hotel in Woking, Surrey. Prior roles include Accommodation Manager at Sovereign Housing Association, where management of Keyworker Accommodation for NHS workers was undertaken, and Hostel Manager at YHA in London, the UK’s largest charity of its kind. Rebecca also demonstrated leadership as Operations Manager at Premier Inn, excelling in hotel refurbishment and guest experience enhancement, and gained foundational skills as an Assistant Operations Manager and Graduate Operations Manager within the same company. Additionally, Rebecca has international experience as Team Leader for Resort Activities at a major timeshare resort in the United States.
