Glenda Landaverde Grbac

Glenda Landaverde Grbac is an experienced educator with a strong background in special education and behavior analysis. Currently serving as Lead Teacher at Mitchell's Place since February 2016, Glenda has held roles as Teacher Assistant, Student Teacher, and Registered Behavior Technician. Additional experience includes a Student Teacher Intern position at Inverness Elementary School, where Glenda shadowed a Special Education Resource Teacher and assisted with classroom activities and IEP meetings. Earlier roles include KidZone Sitter at the Country Club of Birmingham, Student-Athlete Tutor at the UAB Athletic Department, and Spanish Translator at Chester's International, where Glenda contributed to marketing and training efforts. Academic qualifications include a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with minors in Management and Spanish.
