Carlos M. has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and technical leadership. Carlos is currently working as a Principal Software Engineer at Mitek Systems, where they have automated the CI/CD process and migrated the cloud infrastructure from Azure to AWS. Previously, they worked at UST as a Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead, where they modernized the document recognition project and improved backend development. Before that, they worked at Wipro Limited as a Software Engineer Technical Lead, leading a project with technical and safety compliance difficulties and migrating the ETL process. Carlos also worked at Softtek as a Senior .NET/Azure Developer, where they planned, designed, and developed main business applications and managed the deployment and management of REST APIs on Azure. Prior to that, they worked at ChenMed as a Sr. SharePoint Consultant, improving SharePoint intranets and customizing the SharePoint Online site. Carlos also worked at TechField LLC as a SharePoint Consultant, leading the migration of a SharePoint 2010 Portal to SharePoint Server 2013 and configuring the SharePoint 2013 Farm.

Carlos M. pursued a Licenciatura degree in Informatica from Instituto Tecnologico de Oaxaca. Additionally, in 2022 and 2023, Carlos obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn in various subjects such as blockchain, software security, communication, and AWS development.
