Christl Setchell

Christl Setchell currently serves as Sr. Director of Total Rewards at Mitek Systems since August 2025. Prior to this role, Christl held the position of Director of Broad-Based and Executive Compensation at Cetera Financial Group for one year and at Avantax® for two years. Christl's experience also includes serving as Director of Executive Compensation for NCR Corporation's Cardtronics Division and in multiple roles, including Director of Executive Compensation, Director of Compensation and Equity Accounting, and Director of International and Technical Accounting at Cardtronics over a span of nearly fifteen years. Christl began a career in auditing at KPMG as a Senior Associate, focusing on public and private companies in the US and Canada. Christl holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management from the University of Calgary, earned between 1997 and 2001.
