Donna Wells

Donna Wells is an Advisory Board Member at Mitek Systems. Donna has also served as President, CEO and Board Director at Mindflash, Non Executive Director at Boston Private, and Lecturer In Management at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Wells began their career in the financial industry, working as a Vice Chairman of Wealth Strategy/Trust Committee and Member of Risk Committee at Boston Private. Donna then transitioned to the tech industry, taking on the role of President, CEO and Board Director at Mindflash. In this role, they were responsible for the strategy and growth of the company.

Wells has also been active in venture capital, serving as a managing partner at Valencia Ventures and Sway Ventures. In their role as a Lecturer In Management at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, they taught “Startup Garage”, a course focused on startup companies.
