Fred Fernandez Jr.

Fred Fernandez Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Fred started their career at IBM Corporation in 1991 as a Senior Associate Programmer, and then moved on to become the Executive Vice President at Training & Learning Concepts, Inc. in 1996. Fred took on the role of Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at O2K, Inc. in 1999 before joining IBM Corporation again in 2001 as a Solution Architect and Consultant. In 2010, they worked as an Independent Consultant at KPHRD before joining Mitek Systems in 2011. At Mitek Systems, they held various roles including Client Services Manager, Senior Solution Architect, and Director of Customer Success and Professional Services in the Payments Division. Throughout their career, Fred demonstrated expertise in delivering emerging technology solutions, developing industry applications, and managing projects and teams.

Fred Fernandez Jr. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive Science from UC San Diego between 1985 and 1990. Fred then went on to pursue an MBA with a focus on Operations and Technology Management at the UCLA Anderson School of Management from 1994 to 1996.
