Aashka Desai

Aashka Desai, MBA, PHR, is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Mitel since June 2017, Aashka has held various HR roles including People and Culture Manager and Senior HR Generalist. Previous experience includes HR Manager at iTutorGroup and HR Supervisor at WorldLink. Aashka began a career in administrative support at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where responsibilities included student life oversight and event management, and also chaired the Allocations Committee. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology, both from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
