Claudio Moreira

Claudio Moreira worked as the Portugal Managing Director & Head of Sales at Mitel from April 2016 to present. In this role, they were responsible for developing business plans and strategies, delivering consistent business results, and supporting the development of the local staff. Prior to that, they worked as the Marketing Director & Pre-Sales at Mitel from January 2014 to April 2016, where they focused on brand recognition, media communication, and managing a skilled team for designing innovative solutions. Before joining Mitel, Claudio served as the Marketing Director & Pre-Sales at Aastra Portugal from January 2009 to January 2014, where they worked on similar responsibilities related to brand recognition and media communication.

Claudio Moreira holds a licentiate degree in Electronic Engineering from Instituto Superior Politecnico Gaia, which they obtained from 1995 to 2000. In 2023, they completed a Richardson Sales program at Richardson, focusing on Selling Skills and Sales Operations. Claudio also obtained additional certifications, including "Selling into Industries: Healthcare" and "Selling into Industries: Telecommunications" from LinkedIn in 2019, and "Sales Negotiation" from Lynda.com in 2018.
