Dave Hancock has a strong background in marketing analytics and demand generation. Dave started their career as a Digital Marketing Pioneer at Nortel, working there from 1997 to 2009. After Nortel's acquisition by Avaya, they continued to work as an Interactive Marketing Manager, focusing on capturing and monetizing website traffic. Dave then joined Fonality as a Demand Generation Manager, where they developed and executed lead generation campaigns and significantly improved lead-to-win conversion and campaign ROI. Dave later moved to Sonus as a Demand Generation Manager, driving global lead generation efforts and achieving a 10x increase in Marketing driven sales pipeline. Currently, Dave is the Director of Marketing Analytics at Mitel, providing strategic insights and analysis to support decision-making and data optimization efforts.

Dave Hancock attended The University of Texas at Dallas from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing. Prior to that, they graduated from the University of North Texas in 1999 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, having studied there from 1994 to 1999.
