Doru Deneș

Doru Deneș has over 17 years of diverse professional experience in technical support and graphic design, currently serving as a Technical Support specialist for Open Scape Voice at Mitel since December 2010. Additionally, Doru has been the Managing Director of Radio Joy Art since October 2009, overseeing the organization and training of staff at the online radio station. Previous roles include Customer Service Representative at Vodafone Romania, where responsibilities involved resolving customer complaints and ensuring quality support, as well as various positions in graphic design and illustration at companies such as Constant Advertising, Maroma, and SpedEx. Doru began the career in the media industry at Radio 21 Turda, where responsibilities spanned music editing and broadcast moderation. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Media Studies from the Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative, completed in 2010.
