Floyd Powell has over three decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Head of Service Delivery for Mitel since April 1990, where leadership of the UK Service Delivery Management team focuses on enhancing customer experience for key partner and direct customer accounts. Prior roles at Mitel included Service Delivery Manager, responsible for managing service delivery to large multinational corporate accounts, and Customer Service Engineer, performing field service engineering. Floyd's career began at BT Group in September 1981 as a Technical Officer, maintaining key systems and large PABX's, followed by positions as a Customer Service Technician and as a Technical Technician Apprentice, where foundational knowledge of telecommunications was developed.
