Grant Marshall

Grant Marshall is an accomplished leader in supply chain and operations management with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as VP Supply Network and Operations at Mitel since August 2022, Grant oversees supply chain capabilities, including planning, manufacturing, logistics, quality, and hardware introduction teams. Prior to this role, Grant held several positions at Nokia, including VP Supply Network & Engineering and VP EMS Management and Manufacturing Operations, where the emphasis was on implementing Industry 4.0 initiatives across global factories. Grant's career also includes leadership roles at Genband and Nortel, where responsibilities ranged from transforming business efficiency and profitability to managing product line strategies and driving innovations in broadband and optical solutions. Additionally, Grant is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, having led initiatives to enhance R&D efficiencies and call center performance.
