Gurpinder Sidhu is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in technical support, software quality assurance, and interoperability engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at Mitel since July 2023, Gurpinder provides critical support to field engineers and technicians in troubleshooting complex systems. Previously, as a Senior Software QA Developer at Mitel from June 2014 to May 2023, Gurpinder demonstrated expertise in IP networking and protocol troubleshooting. Earlier career experience includes a role as an Interoperability Engineer at Aastra, where Gurpinder excelled in managing customer relationships and delivering compliant technical solutions, and as an IT Manager at EVA Solutions – India, where Gurpinder supervised teams and managed network services. Gurpinder holds a Master of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Punjab Technical University.
