Heather Paschall

Heather Paschall is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and program management, currently serving as Senior Director of the PMO Product, Engineering, & Operations at Mitel since October 2020. In this role, Heather oversees the planning, strategy, and execution of all projects within the global Product and R&D functions, leading an international team of project managers to deliver innovative hardware and software solutions. Prior to Mitel, Heather held various positions at Charter Communications, including Director of Video Product, where responsibilities included developing OTT solutions and managing cross-functional deployments, and at WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone as Senior Project Manager, where Heather established a PMO structure to enhance project governance. Heather earned an M.B.A. in Project Management & Strategy from the University of Colorado and holds certifications in Investments and Securities as well as Technical & Professional Writing.
