Hernán Buján

Hernán Buján currently serves as the Head of Latin America at Mitel since February 2024. Prior to this role, Hernán Buján was with Unify for over 17 years, holding various leadership positions including Head of Unify Americas, Head of Unify South America, and CEO of Unify Argentina. Throughout the tenure at Unify, Hernán Buján demonstrated a strong track record of exceeding targets, notably achieving 110% order entry and 18% year-over-year growth, as well as 170% order intake while in the role of Country General Manager for Mexico. Hernán Buján's extensive experience encompasses operations management, business strategy, sales performance, and partner development across diverse markets in Latin America and the Hispanic American Region. Education includes a Gold for Business Leaders Executive Programme from HEC Paris and an Industrial Engineering degree from UADE.
