Currently serving as Sales and Use Tax Manager at Mitel since May 2019, Ipson previously held the position of Manager of Indirect Taxes at Viad Corp and operated as a self-employed consultant specializing in financial systems, accounting, and tax consulting. A significant tenure at Freeport-McMoRan included leadership roles in shared services financial analysis, crisis management, and ERP project deployment, alongside managing accounts payable operations that processed over 400,000 invoices annually. Ipson's early career featured senior auditing positions at the Defense Contract Audit Agency. Ipson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Utah State University.
