Mark Duff

Mark Duff has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mark started their career in 1985 in the Royal Navy, where they served in various roles, including CPOWEA, and gained extensive training and experience in the Surface Fleet and the Trident program. After leaving the Navy in 1995, they joined LIS as a Field Service Engineer. In 1998, they joined Symbol Technologies as a System Engineer - Presales Technical Architect, where they stayed until 2007. Mark then moved to Motorola, where they served as a Senior Technical Architect and Team Leader in UK & Irish Channels until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, Mark worked for Avaya as a Systems Engineering Manager and Director of Channel Technical Operations - EMEA. Between 2015 and 2018, they worked for NCR Retail in various senior leadership roles related to Presales, Professional Services, and Systems Engineering across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Since 2018, Mark has been employed at Mitel as the Vice President for International Regions, overseeing Sales Engineering and Professional Services.
