Markus Brunner

Markus Brunner has extensive experience in telecommunications support, having worked in various roles since 1985. Currently employed at Mitel as a Support Techniker for the second and third levels since March 2014, Markus specializes in project support, commissioning, and troubleshooting for various Call Server types and their applications. Prior to Mitel, Markus held similar positions at Aastra, Ascom, Comtop AG, and AEK Elektro AG, focusing on technical support for telecom products and systems. Markus's career began as an Elektromonteur at Niederhauser Elektro-Sanitär AG. Markus completed a Berufsbegleitete Weiterbildung zum Telematiker from 1998 to 2020 and has a vocational degree in Elektromonteur from Berufsschule Solothurn GIBS, obtained in 1989.
