Melissa Allbritten

Melissa Allbritten is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive assistance and operations. Currently serving as a Compensation Benefits Analyst at Mitel since April 2014, Melissa previously held roles such as Executive Assistant to the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to Mitel, Melissa worked at jcpenney for over a decade, supporting senior executives in store operations and human resources while maintaining confidentiality and managing busy schedules. Earlier career experiences include positions at Walmart, where responsibilities included merchandise management and buyer support, as well as office management at DMD Industries. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Texas Woman's University and an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences.
