Michael Conahan has extensive experience in IT management and software engineering, currently serving as Manager of IT Strategic Projects, Quality, and Automation at Mitel since November 2011. Prior roles at Mitel include Manager of IT Application Management Services and IT Vendor Relations, as well as IT Team Lead for Engineering Tools. Conahan's career began at Zix Corporation, where positions included Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer from August 2003 to November 2011, following a tenure as a Systems Developer at Entrust Technologies in 2000-2001. Conahan earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems from Carleton University and completed additional leadership training through Intersol and the Telfer School of Management’s Centre for Executive Leadership.
