Namitha Dileep

Namitha Dileep is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience spanning various roles in HR operations and employee management. Currently a Human Resource Representative at Mitel since February 2021, Namitha oversees onboarding processes, maintains employee records, resolves employee queries, and currently serves as the IC chair. Previously, roles include Human Resources Associate at Genius Consultants Limited, Human Resources Executive at Kaseya, and Senior Executive in Training and Development at Cloudnine Group of Hospitals. Namitha holds an MSc in Psychology with a focus on Human Resource Development from Christ University, along with a BA in Journalism from Mount Carmel College, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in both human resources and communication.
