Nitisha Prasad

Nitisha Prasad has a solid work experience starting as a Lead Process Business Analyst at Mitel since January 2023. Before that, they worked as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer at ObjectWin Technology from December 2020 to April 2022. Prior to that, they held roles as a Senior Software Developer and Associate Developer at Cognizant from January 2020 to December 2020 and from October 2018 to January 2020, respectively. Nitisha started their career at SaaSfocus as an Associate Developer from September 2016 to September 2018, and also worked as a Software Developer Intern from January 2016 to August 2016.

Nitisha Prasad completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha between the years 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade in Science from Delhi Public School, Ranchi between 2009 and 2011. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Copado Administrator from Copado, Flosum Certified Professional from Flosum, Salesforce Certified Tableau CRM and Discovery Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce.
