Pat McNeely is an experienced Instructional Designer with a career spanning over four decades in technical training and engineering. Currently serving at Mitel since November 2006, Pat has been the Prime Instructional Designer for various MiVoice and MiCloud products, developing training courseware for a diverse audience including Service Providers and Technicians. Prior to Mitel, Pat spent seven years at Credence Systems Corp. as a Technical Training Specialist and Staff Engineer, focusing on training development and global technical support. Pat's foundational experience began at Schlumberger, where roles progressed from Field Service Engineer to Lead Senior Field Service Engineer, specializing in the installation and maintenance of advanced testing systems. Pat's academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from the Ohio Institute of Technology.
