Phil Drew has over 20 years of experience in channel operations and revenue management, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Channel & Subscription Operations at Mitel since October 2017. Phil has held various leadership roles at Mitel, including Director of Global Channel Operations and Director of International Channel Operations. Prior to Mitel, Phil worked at ShoreTel from September 2008 to September 2017, where responsibilities included serving as Revenue Operations Director for EMEA, focusing on forecasting, sales compensation, and strategic direction, resulting in significant improvements in gross margin and the establishment of a French legal entity. Earlier career positions include Marketing Manager at Link Connect Services and Web Designer at Click Group.
