Ric Decastro

Ric DeCastro has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and strategic leadership roles. Ric recently held the position of VP, People & Culture - Transformation, Customer Experience & Workplaces at Mitel. Prior to that, they were the Vice President, Head of HR - Cloud (UCaaS) and Vice President, HR Business Partner at Mitel. Ric also worked at Mavenir as the Senior Director of Human Resources, where they provided strategic leadership for the Americas region and global headquarters. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Craftmade International, overseeing all HR activities for over 300 employees. Ric'searly career includes a role as an Account Manager at HIR, where they provided strategic investor relations representation for publicly traded companies.

Ric DeCastro has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Florida State University. Ric later obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The University of Dallas. In 2021, they completed an Executive and Professional Coaching Certificate from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas. Ric DeCastro holds several certifications, including Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, and Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI. Ric is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and the International Coaching Federation.
