Rick Greene has extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as a Converged Technologies Field Technician at Mitel since July 1994. In this role, Rick specializes in the installation and servicing of various Mitel PBX systems and related applications, holding multiple certifications including CTP, Net+, VMware VSP, and VTSP. Prior to joining Mitel, Rick worked as an Install/Service Technician at Comp-Tel from May 1980 to July 1994, where expertise included Siemens and Mitel PBX systems as well as various key systems. Rick's education includes attendance at Tustin High School from 1973 to 1976.
