Robert Chapman has over 30 years of professional experience in quality management and technology, currently serving as the Director of Quality System and Metrics at Mitel since June 2013. Previously, Robert worked as the Manager of Contact Center Quality Assurance at Mitel, focusing on the MiContact Center product suite, and held the position of Director of Corporate Quality at prairieFyre Software Inc. before its acquisition by Mitel. Robert's early career included roles at PWGSC as an Internet Document Specialist and a Compensation Specialist Trainee. Educationally, Robert holds a diploma in Law and Security Administration from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
