Robert Peters has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Robert started their career at SBC as a Network Engineer and held various positions within the company. After that, they worked at Novell as a Network Engineer and Application Analyst. Later, they joined Ramp Networks as a QA Manager and was responsible for ensuring the quality releases of the company's products. Robert then moved on to Aristasoft as an EMS Manager, overseeing the design and delivery of their business service management product. Following that, they worked at Nextgen Management Group as a Principal, providing enterprise management systems consulting. Most recently, they were employed at Mitel as a Lead Curriculum Developer, where they were responsible for developing and delivering courses related to VOIP products.

Robert Peters obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara, graduating between the years 1981 and 1986. In addition, they have obtained various certifications from Talkdesk, including Apprentice Certification, Grandmaster Certification, Master Certification, Supervisors Certification, Talkdesk Admins Certification, Talkdesk Agents Certification, and Talkdesk Supervisors Certification. These certifications were obtained in May 2020 and January 2020.
