Rohit Singh

Rohit Singh has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Rohit worked for Mitel as a Team Lead in VOIP Support since April 2022. Prior to that, they were a Technical Specialist in VOIP at Mitel from October 2018 to April 2022, gaining experience in virtual PBX systems, VoIP phones, SIP software applications, and installation and support of digital, VOIP, softphone, and cloud-based phone systems. Before Mitel, Rohit worked as a Senior Consultant at NTT DATA, Inc. from April 2015 to October 2018, where they handled SAP security, user administration, authorizations, background jobs, and provided level-1 support for applications, networks, monitoring, and hardware. Earlier in their career, they were an IT Coordinator at Wipro Infotech from January 2012 to December 2013, where they provided technical support, performed process audits, developed ITIL process strategies, and administered program management activities.

Rohit Singh pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from S.S.C.E.T BADHANI PATHANKOT during the period of 2007-2011.
